This agreement governs your use of the No More Duplicates software and website. By using our products, you agree to the following terms.
NMD Utility Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use No More Duplicates on compatible devices. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
The software is provided "AS IS." Users are responsible for reviewing scan results before taking action (moving or deleting files). The final decision to modify any data on your system rests solely with you, the user.
No More Duplicates is designed with privacy as a core tenet. The software operates entirely on your local machine. We do not transmit your photos, filenames, or metadata to any server. Your data remains under your absolute control at all times.
No software is 100% accurate. You acknowledge that similarity detection algorithms operate within a margin of technical error. Dissimilar files may occasionally be flagged as similar, or vice versa, based on user-defined thresholds. User verification is required.
Any attempt to bypass licensing, distribute fraudulent keys, or engage in chargeback fraud will result in immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban from future NMD updates and services.
